Hi Everyone!
Well, we walked in the rain. (but) We also collected over $500.00 for Alzheimers research. They are finding out a lot more in regards to the placque buildup in the brain. ( Thats not the
cause) Hopefully they figure it out soon, for all our sakes.
Mom was there (she sat in the car) but I think it was good for her to get out for the day.
I don't know if anyone reads this blog any more, but if you do,

Big goings on at the KC hall for Trinity's Day School. It's also a birthday party for Linda.
dinner and drinks, auction, Beer and wine tasting. (I'm entering my new batch)
We had a great time at Nicki's baby shower today. The new babies were there. Wow we have
a large family. Take care and as an after thought please pray, that Ric will get this new Job!

Breakfast at Julie's house
On Saturday, Sept 11, Julie will have coffee, doughnut and fruit for anyone going on the Alzheimers Walk.

Alzheimer's Walk
Hi Everyone,
It's that time of year, it's the Alzheimer's Walk again. This year we will be walking in "MUSKEGON". Along Muskegon Lake, at the Margaret Drake Elliot Park. We didn't think White Cloud was the place for us, this year, and there's not one in Newaygo.
The new Date is September 11, @ 9:00 AM
If you can sign up early, on the net, it makes it easier. Just go to www.alz.org/mgic There you go to sign up under "Alice's Army". Just fill out the form. Don't donate on line, or it will ask for a credit card. Just start collecting from family and friends on your own. Mary has envelopes.
Our goal this year is 100.00 per family (800.00 total).
I know this is a very busy time for everyone, but we need to keep this going, as it may be one of us, someday.
Mom is doing great, right now, s0 we plan to take her again this year (weather permitting)

Flag Pole Dedication
Friday, June 18, 2010 at 6pm a flag pole amd plaque will be dedicated in Grandpa Shepard's honor at the Grand Opening of Reister's Grower Service and Dr. J's Chiropractic. Kent City Color Gaurd will be there to raise the flag.
